Villa Beachhouse stands on Carrer Sa Cala, in Costa de la Calma, Calvià. Twelve guests share six bedrooms, four bathrooms, a games room and a private pool. Cala Blanca is about a three-minute walk.

What the house is for
Terrace overlooking the pool and garden
The upstairs balcony looks over the palm garden and the pool. The bay itself is a two- or three-minute walk, along the path to Cala Blanca.
Cala Blanca and the coast path
A small bay and a rocky shore, a three-minute walk away, then a path through the pines.
Barbecue and outdoor kitchen
A covered terrace with a gas barbecue, a sink and cabinets. Lunch can stay outside.
Games room with table tennis
Table tennis, table football and sofas under a beamed ceiling. It is a games room, and it stays that way.
Air conditioning, WiFi and parking
The house is cooled, the WiFi is there for anyone working for a morning, and you can leave the cars at the villa.

The living room looks onto the garden. The kitchen is fitted and has a window over the palms. Bedrooms open onto balconies or the garden. Four bathrooms, a utility room with a washer and dryer, and the games room for the hours between the beach and dinner.

The garden is the reason most groups stay on the property in the middle of the day. Blue loungers on the grass, a parasol, green shutters, and the pool a few steps from the house. The entrance is a short flight of terracotta steps under a cypress.

What people actually do with a week
The house is the base. The week is usually a mix of the following, not a schedule.
Beaches and coves
Cala Blanca in the morning, a longer sandy bay toward Santa Ponça when you want space, and smaller coves along the coast when the car is already out.
Golf
Golf Santa Ponsa is about 6 km away. A group can play and be back at the pool after lunch.
Boats to Dragonera
Port Adriano, about 3 km away, is the marina. In season, day boats run toward Sa Dragonera, the island off the southwest tip.
Walks in the Tramuntana
The Serra de Tramuntana is a drive of about an hour, toward Valldemossa, Deià or Sóller. It is a day out, not a stroll from the garden.
Palma
The city is about half an hour by car: the cathedral, the old streets, and dinner if the house wants an evening off.
Who it suits
Families, a birthday, a golf group
Twelve people who already know each other. A family birthday, with the games room for the children and the garden for the long lunch. A golf group that wants one house instead of three apartments. The games room has table tennis and table football. Parties are not allowed.

How many guests can stay?
The villa sleeps 12. There are six bedrooms and four bathrooms, with nine beds in all: two kings, one queen and six singles.
How are the bedrooms set up?
Two bedrooms have a king, one has a queen, and three have two singles each. The singles can stay as twins. Ask us if you want a particular room for children or for a couple.
Where is the house?
On Carrer Sa Cala 6, in Costa de la Calma, in the municipality of Calvià, on the southwest coast of Mallorca. Santa Ponça is a short drive. Palma airport is about 25–30 minutes by car.
How far is the sea?
Cala Blanca is about a three-minute walk. The coastal path continues from there. It is a walk, not a private beach at the door.
Is the pool private?
Yes. It is a private outdoor pool in the garden, for the house only.
What are the check-in and check-out times?
Check-in is from 16:00 until 22:00. Check-out is by 10:00. You will receive the arrival details before you travel.
What is the minimum stay?
Three nights. The booking calendar shows the rule for the dates you pick.
Are pets allowed?
No. Please do not bring a dog or any other pet.
Can we have a party?
No. Parties are not allowed. A birthday with your own family, or a golf group sharing the house, is welcome. A party is not.
Is there a games room?
Yes. The games room has a table-tennis table and table football, plus sofas. It is part of the house, not a separate venue.
Is there parking, WiFi and air conditioning?
Yes. You can park at the house. WiFi and air conditioning are in the villa.
Is there an outdoor kitchen?
Yes. A covered terrace has a gas barbecue, a sink and cabinets, so dinner can happen outside.
How do we get there from the airport?
Palma de Mallorca airport (PMI) is about 25–30 minutes by car, on the motorway toward Andratx, then the signs for Santa Ponça and Costa de la Calma. A car is the practical way with luggage for a group of twelve.
What is the tourist licence?
The house is registered as ETV/7233. The number is also in the footer of this site.
How do we book and pay?
You book on this website. The price you see is the live quote for your dates. You pay upfront by card via Stripe Checkout, and the reservation is created only after payment succeeds. There is no platform fee.
